Simple Pricing

Per employee per month fee - a simple fixed cost every month.

  • Streamline COBRA will provide you with full COBRA administration & HIPAA services for a monthly cost of 79 cents per covered member (minimum $35/month).
  • We also service State "Mini-COBRA" plans for a reduced monthly price of $10-$20, depending on group size.
  • We do not charge any set up or annual fees. We charge just one low monthly cost to you.

QB Billing, Tracking & Updates

Once you inform us of a new Qualified Beneficiary, we take care of the rest.

  • We track elections to ensure they take place within 60 days of notification. This process ensures that only eligible beneficiaries enroll in COBRA coverage, thus lowering your benefits and claims expense.
  • We provide rejection receipts for QBs not electing coverage.
  • We handle complete monthly billing for all COBRA participants.
  • We notify participants of anniversary rate increases and open enrollments.
  • Premiums are escrowed and remitted to you on a monthly basis.
  • We are fully compliant with all additional regulations enacted as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).

HIPAA Certificates

Streamline COBRA provides HIPAA certificates post employment to all employees at the time of a qualifying event and at the end of their COBRA continuation period.

  • Employees may be required to present this to future employers in order to obtain full benefits. By providing employees with up-to-date HIPAA certificates on a proactive basis, this reduces the chance that former employees will request this information from you in the future.
